Pretty good location. The see is very near with a quite good beach. Nothing extra. Parking is ok! The room is clean and is good equipped. Zadar center not so far by car (7-8km). Has a balcony with a view to the see.

There is a house with 2 rooms (and the owner), and another location in the near. We got the other location! There was no internet connection! You have to pay 10 Euro for the air condition / day extra! The head of the shower broke down and the towels holder too. So the quality of the bath is not so good, but that was the only problem with the room.

The apartment is a good size for a couple, clean and freshly decorated. There was a lovely balcony with sea views. The little beach close to the apartment is lovely. If you are looking for a very quiet remote break in Croatia its a nice apartment.

The apartment was advertised to have air conditioning, but on arrival the owner wanted to charge us an extra 10 euros a night for it! The apartment was already more expensive than anything else we had stayed in in Croatia and so we were annoyed that this wasn't included in the expensive price. It is a very remote location. We stayed here to go to a festival in Petrcane, and its a 2 km walk along a rocky unlit path to get there, and so on the way back at night it was necesarry to get a taxi that cost 70 kuna. The nearest shop and restaurant are over 1km away. Also the photo of Vila Ibis is not actually where you will stay, its in an apartment block some distance from the vila.
